  • Wash and shred romaine lettuce.
  • Wash and cut grapes in half.
  • Heat chicken breast in a skillet. Chop up chicken breast.
  • Peel the carrots and shred.
  • Wash and slice green onions.
  • Combine romaine lettuce, grapes, chicken, chow mein noodles, carrots and green onions in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Add dressing to the bowl and mix until all the ingredients are coated.
  • Spoon about 1 cup of the mix into each pita pocket.
