Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray.
Step 2
In a small skillet, cook ghee, honey and garlic over medium heat until garlic is fragrant (about 1 minute).
Step 3
Add carrots to the pan and coat in sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Transfer to baking sheet and cook in the oven for 20 minutes or until carrots are tender.
