  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Paprika (Sprinkle evenly over the top)
  • Garlic Salt (Sprinkle evenly over the top)
  • Onion Powder (Sprinkle evenly over the top)
  • Black Pepper (Sprinkle evenly over the top)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut vegetables and put in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add olive oil and seasonings to bowl and mix with vegetables until coated evenly.
  4. Pour vegetables out evenly on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until tender.
