Spicy Thai Basil Stir Fry

  • In a small bowl, mix coconut amino, fish sauce, ginger, and garlic. Stir well and set aside.
  • Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add olive oil. Once warm, add steak with a little salt to season. Cook until brown, ok if a little crispy.
  • Add bell peppers, onions and thai chili and cook another 5 minutes. You want your vegetables to still be a little crispy.
  • Add sauce and simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Tear basil and add to pan. Cook another 2 minutes.
  • Eat plain or serve over rice.
