  • In a pot, cover green beans in water and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium-low and simmer for 3-5 minutes or until green beans start to soften.
  • Drain and return green beans to pot. Add ghee, stir and cook 1-2 minutes.
  • Add garlic and cook 1-2 minutes or until tender.
  • Season with lemon-pepper and salt.
