Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat. Lightly oil the grill grate and grill the pork chops 3 minutes for grill marks. Over medium heat, cook pork chops 4-7 minute (depending on thickness) until done.
BAKED
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil to a pan and heat on medium-high heat. Once hot, add pork chops and sear until golden brown crust (about 2-3 minutes each side).
Put pork chops in a baking dish and cook in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 140 degrees.
