Pork Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

  • PORK TENDERLOIN
  • Place pork tenderloin in baking dish. Cover liberally with olive oil (about an inch in bottom of pan) and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle with red Peppers and garlic salt. Let marinate 30 minutes to a couple hours.
  • Bake in oven on 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until done.
  • Cut in juice and spoon chunks over pasta.
  • PASTA
  • Cook pasta until nearly done, about one minute shy. Stain pasta saving about a cup of the water that it was boiled in.
  • In a pan, saute the olive oil, garlic and seasoning over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes or until the garlic is golden brown.
  • Add pasta to the pan with ½ cup of water that it was boiled in and stir until evenly coated. If too dry you can add another ¼ cup of water.
  • Taste and add additional seasoning as desired.
