TWISTERS SOFTBALL

Twisters Softball - Local competitive club that builds fundamentals and character on the field and off. We strive to create well rounded athletes that are ready for high school ball and beyond. Currently have 10u, 12u and 14u softball teams. I have attached our team traits that we value.

Training

Start Nov 11^th through end of February - off season training available for our teams but also open to the public

Mondays -
Speed, Agility and Strength Training - 7:30-8pm - Sports specific drills and exercises to improve quickness and athleticism in young athletes. $5/session
Small Group Hitting - 8-9pm - circuit of drill designed to help improve a player's swing. $10/session

Thursdays -
Speed, Agility and Strength Training - 7:30-8pm - Sports specific drills and exercises to improve quickness and athleticism in young athletes. $5/session

Sundays -
Small Group Hitting - 2-3pm - circuit of drill designed to help improve a player's swing. $10/session
