While I do sell basic flavors that are delicious, I specialize in flavors that are unique and won’t be found in the grocery store such as Vanilla Cardamom Strawberry Rhubarb and Black Dragon (Blackberry and Dragon Fruit). Unlike large commercial processors who may blend older kernels with the current year’s harvest, our popcorn is always fresh. Our owners and other suppliers grow a diversity of certified organic crops, but Hard Red Winter Wheat is our and their mainstay. Our proprietary manufacturing process uses honey right out of the hives and combines it with organic, freeze-dried fruit and spices to create an infused honey with such bold and beautiful flavor, that it truly is special. We make sure our honey is never heated so it has all of the health benefits and nutrition of raw honey but with flavors that will provide a unique and marvelous addition to whatever you add it to.

Five years ago, fueled by a craving for truly fresh chicken meat and eggs, we embarked on a backyard experiment with just six laying hens. Little did we know, that simple desire would blossom into a full-blown Farm. Today, our farm is buzzing with over 3,500 chickens a year, each one raised with care and dedication. What began as a family affair has grown into a commitment to providing our community with the same quality and freshness we cherish at our own table.

His life goal has been to leave the ground better than he found it. He was doing a dang good job before, but with the added value of regenerative farming and incorporating livestock, we see small improvements in our ground every year!
