Preheat over to 420 degrees. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray or line with parchment paper.
Dry the salmon with a paper towel. Place skin down on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and rub evenly over the salmon with the paprika, cumin and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle with black pepper.
Bake for 6-8 minutes in the oven. Turn oven to broil and cook 2-3 additional minutes (longer for thicker pieces) until the salmon is pink and flaky.
