  • Preheat over to 420 degrees. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray or line with parchment paper.
  • Dry the salmon with a paper towel. Place skin down on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and rub evenly over the salmon with the paprika, cumin and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle with black pepper.
  • Bake for 6-8 minutes in the oven. Turn oven to broil and cook 2-3 additional minutes (longer for thicker pieces) until the salmon is pink and flaky.
