Step 1
Grill steak to desired level of doneness and slice into strips.
Step 2
Make sauce with soy sauce/coconut aminos, ginger, beef stock, and arrowroot/corn starch and set aside.
Step 3
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook garlic 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Add broccoli to skillet and cook until almost tender. Add in the green onions and continue to cook 2 more minutes.
Step 5
Add in sauce and steak and cook another minutes or so until sauce coats all the ingredients.
Step 6
Serve over Jasmine Rice.
