  • Grill steak to desired level of doneness and slice into strips.
  • Make sauce with soy sauce/coconut aminos, ginger, beef stock, and arrowroot/corn starch and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook garlic 1-2 minutes.
  • Add broccoli to skillet and cook until almost tender. Add in the green onions and continue to cook 2 more minutes.
  • Add in sauce and steak and cook another minutes or so until sauce coats all the ingredients.
  • Serve over Jasmine Rice.
