Step 1
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and cook 4- 5 minutes or until translucent.
Step 2
Add garlic and cook for about a minute.
Step 3
Add ground beef, salt, pepper and red chile flakes and cook until ground beef is brown.
Step 4
Add the tomato sauce and olives. Bring to a simmer and reduce to low. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over white rice.
