  • Preheat over to 350 degrees. Place whole chicken in a baking dish and brush with olive oil. Bake for about an hour.
  • While the chicken is baking, mix together yogurt, lemon juice and seasonings.
  • Pull chicken out of the oven and remove meat from the bone. Discard bones and skin. Place meat back into baking dish and mix with marinade.
  • Cook for 20-30 or until chicken is cooked all the way through.
  • Serve over rice or Indian Inspired Cous-Cous.
