Step 1
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Place whole chicken in a baking dish and brush with olive oil. Bake for about an hour.
Step 2
While the chicken is baking, mix together yogurt, lemon juice and seasonings.
Step 3
Pull chicken out of the oven and remove meat from the bone. Discard bones and skin. Place meat back into baking dish and mix with marinade.
Step 4
Cook for 20-30 or until chicken is cooked all the way through.
Step 5
Serve over rice or Indian Inspired Cous-Cous.
