  • Add oil to a large skillet over medium/high heat. Add ground beef and brown.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Then add onion and carrots. Cook until tender and onion is translucent. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
  • Add the cabbage, coconut aminos/soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and sugar. Saute until the cabbage is tender for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Plate and add green onions for a garnish.
